Should be $100 per night. We were lead to the wrong room and given keys to someone else's suite! I've never had to chase the manager down 3 flights of stairs to tell them they gave us the wrong keys, until now. Thankfully for everyone there was nobody in the suite at the time, however their bags were open and out so they just as well could've been in the middle of changing! The room had a weird smell, the lighting was very dim, the fridge was in the bathroom, there was no fan in the toilet room, or bathroom, which did not have a shower, but did have a cracked sink. We didnt actually get keys for our suite, we got a code, and you weren't really sure if the door was locked or not because it kept unlocking itself when it was getting jammed while we were trying to lock it, and it beeped really loudly. For some reason the phone number link on their website takes you to Africa, and the TV was a joke. The remote wasn't programmed for the TV and the table the TV was on was too small for the TV and cable box, and the cable package was absolutely terrible, I had to program the remote for the TV, and all for nearly $350 for one night. Oh, and breakfast is not complementary. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Hotel was easy walk ability to downtown and surrounding area. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Bad experience with room service, they never showed up for the 1st day.. Had to ask reception, and when they came the 2nd day they showed around 3:50 and we were just git back from the swimming pool, we waited a long time dripping on the floor until they finished. Was expecting them to show up early instead of late afternoon!!

Hi, we stayed for two nights in the room on the first floor. Hotel atmosphere was perfect , especially at Q restaurant. But the room was very noisy in the morning I believe it was loading area and the window was covered with some paper so there was no city view either. Pool is very small. So if there will be three families with two kids each there will be no space. HK took ages to come to the room upon request. I think the hotel staff is using the name of the hotel cause this hotel is in the list for must stay but the service and the room is not worse it. Sorry.
